In the meantime, i'll just be the same friendly idiot. I realised i could not get a frown right. i'll either look like a idiot with flared nose or someone in need of anger management.

I'm sure the IMF/World bank would benefit some people, but they have more negative effects then the positive ones. So thinking mathematics it'll be -1,000,000,000...
